We work with many solicitors who act for lenders in the recovery and repossession process as well as with new loans. Solicitors sometimes require additional practical knowledge of the property(ies) they are dealing with when advising clients on the best course of recovery.
Orion can ensure that Notices are delivered to tenants and unknown occupants. We have experience of negotiating with occupiers who ignore solicitors' letters either because they are frightened or indeed, simply contrary.
Orion can also provide (informal) opinions on the methodology of valuations as a precursor to determining whether an expensive Expert's Report should be commissioned.
