Marketing and selling the security property

Complex and unique properties may or may not be suitable for disposal at auction. There is no easy or trite statement in this regard. The fact is that the unique aspects of each property combined with the borrower's behaviour and the state of the loan account will ultimately determine the method of disposal.

Where a claim is contemplated or has been commenced against the valuers, a standard counter allegation is that the property has been inappropriately marketed.
