Pursuing the Borrower

Where there is a likely shortfall, then pursuing the borrower should be considered. However, there is no economic merit when it is readily apparent that a borrower has no other assets. However Orion can assist with making investigations in order to determine a borrower’s assets even where these have not been disclosed, in order to get a clear picture of the borrower’s financial situation.

Where additional assets are discovered (and subject to there being appropriate equity) charges can be registered against them and ultimately sales effected with proceeds being used to reduce the borrower's indebtedness to Orion's client.
