Orion Asset Services
Orion Asset Services provides a specialist service to lenders, solicitors and insolvency practitioners by assisting in the management, recovery and disposal of difficult or complex security properties (Asset Recovery).
Orion also offers pre-completion property appraisal and risk analysis which complements lenders' underwriting and external formal valuation process (New Loan Risk Analysis). Orion offers a full repossession package to lenders whereby we can deal with the management of repossessed properties from taking possession through to disposal (Repossession Services).
Lenders - Having worked closely with a number of lenders including participating in Credit Committees and recovery strategy meetings, Orion has the ability to view new loans and defaulting loans from the position of a lender. Based in London, Orion provides National coverage and is headed by David Tropp a chartered surveyor with over 15 years experience in all areas and fields of the property industry. David has a strong background in asset enhancement and adding value, having worked previously for a large privately owned property company.
